In addition to their spectacular appearance, our pancakes are very easy to make and also healthy! No flour or dairy products are used for its preparation. Therefore, they are part of the most popular diets. Now, without wasting any more time, let’s see together how to make these fantastic pancakes that everyone loves.
Ingredients :
- banana – 1
- fresh strawberries – 1 cup + for garnish
- eggs – 2
- oat milk – 60 ml.
- fine rolled oats – 1/2 cup
- baking powder – 1/4 tsp. c.
- butter – 20g (for the vegan/dairy-free version, we used coconut oil)
- white chocolate (for the vegan preparation, vegan white chocolate chips can be melted in a bain-marie, mixed with a little water or coconut oil for a more runny texture)

Everything you need to make these mini pink pancakes
Preparation :
- Begin by washing and cleaning the strawberries. (On the other hand, we have already explained to you that fresh fruits are among the fruits most treated with pesticides. So do not hesitate to consult our article to know how to clean them thoroughly and remove chemicals.
- Then peel the banana.
- In food processor add washed strawberries and banana.
- Then add the eggs and oat milk (any other type of non-dairy milk will also work).
- Finally add the baking powder and oat flakes.
- Pulse until a smooth, homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Lightly grease with butter (or coconut oil).
- Pour a small amount of the preparation to make a mini pancake.
- Once the pancakes are ready, stack them on a plate.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over pancakes. To obtain a more liquid consistency, you can add a teaspoon of water to the white chocolate while cooking it in a bain-marie.
- Decorate your culinary masterpiece with some chopped strawberries.
