In it, the prosecutor explained the unfollowed classification: “This qualification reason is maintained when the facts revealed or denounced in the procedure constitute a crime that would have given rise to prosecution by the Public Ministry if the term established by law had not been exceeded.”. Coline Berry then posted the official reaction from his lawyer, Maître Patrick Klugman. “Coline Berry denounced the atrocious events that she suffered in her family environment for much of her youth, knowing full well that they were prescribed for her, reacted to his advice. I welcome the decision of the Public Ministry, which after a long and thorough investigation, takes note of the prescription and thus considers them sufficiently characterized and therefore probable.
